Personal data submitted through this website is accessed exclusively by authorized members of the Deep Serena® team for the purposes described above.

Data may be accessed by the hosting infrastructure provider solely for technical operational purposes and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

05 —Sub-Processors

Where personal data is processed by sub-processors (e.g. the hosting provider, form processing infrastructure), such sub-processors are selected on the basis of their compliance with GDPR and the existence of appropriate contractual safeguards (Data Processing Agreements).

The list of active sub-processors will be maintained and updated in this section as the production infrastructure evolves.

06 —Data Retention

Personal data submitted through the contact or demo request form is retained only for the time necessary to process your request and for a reasonable follow-up period.

In the absence of a formal retention policy applicable post-incorporation, data will not be retained beyond what is reasonably necessary and will be deleted upon request.

A formal, documented retention schedule will be established upon incorporation of the legal entity and will be reflected in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.

Deep Serena® endeavors to process personal data within the European Union / European Economic Area. In the event that the hosting infrastructure involves data transfer outside the EEA, appropriate transfer mechanisms under Chapter V of the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) will be in place.

Details of any applicable international transfers and associated safeguards will be documented and updated in this policy as the production infrastructure evolves.

Deep Serena® applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration, commensurate with the sensitivity of the data processed and the current stage of the project.

Communications with this website are encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Access to submitted data is strictly limited to authorized project members.
